PROVISIONAL SELL OUT. WAITLIST NOW!

On the 12th October we hit 250 team entries (1000 women entrants) for the 2017 Spirited Women – All Women’s Adventure Race in Taupo, NZ. At this point we put a halt on taking any more paid registrations and switched our online entry system over to a no-payment required wait-list form.

We are working hard to be able to cater for up to another 50 teams who have missed out and would still love to enter. The waitlist is growing by the day and we currently we have 47 teams waitlisted. So if your friends and you wish to enter a team please wait-list now and we will do our best to accompany you.

NOTE: If you do not have all your team mates confirmed or all their entry details at hand you can write ‘TBC’ in any unknown text fields or ‘1234’ in any unknown number fields to ensure you get a waitlist spot.

POSSIBLY 50 MORE TEAMS (200 WOMEN) LIKELY TO GET ENTRIES

If you register on the waitlist and receive a bib number between 251 and 300, you will be pleased to know there is a good likelihood we will be able to get you into the 2017 Spirited Women – All Women’s Adventure Race in Taupo.

We had hoped we would be able to break some good news in this e-newsletter, but we are still awaiting a few responses before we can be 100% confident we can accommodate all 50 teams. When we know exactly how many we can accommodate we will open this exact number of waitlisted entries for one week to give those waitlisted the opportunity to secure their entry with payment.

If any waitlisted teams do not take up the opportunity within this week we will open up an equal number next on the waitlist for a week, and so on until all the available extra spaces are taken. All waitlisted captains (along with their team teammates) will be emailed to let them know their entries have been opened and they can log back on to EventPlus, confirm their entry with payment. We will also post this important info on the event Facebook page for all to see.
